"We have been so lucky to work with Kurt and Devon at Kiwi Double Glazing – once at our Orewa apartment several years ago and then just recently at our home in Cambridge.

Both jobs were so easy for us – the suggestions made about colour matching and style were really helpful and for our home in Cambridge especially, the refit has had a huge impact on the house cosmetically. The double glazing is of course a proven climate controller, but we also opted to protect our interior furnishings with tinting.

What we have enjoyed most about the work we have had done here in Cambridge was the opportunity to work with Kurt and Devon again – they are fantastic people and were so great at keeping us up-to-date on what was happening with the project and when we could expect things to happen. They were always on time!

The days of the refit were seamless for us and it was a pleasure having them around the house for those days. We still have a lot of work to do with exterior painting of the house and also all our fences, but when it is finished, I know it will be unrecognisable from the property we purchased. I will be inviting Kurt and Devon over for drinks to celebrate and to thank them again for all the help, guidance and encouragement they have given us on our current project.

"We recently had Kiwi DG install double glazing in about 90% of our 30 year old home.

After logging an interest on the Kiwi DG site, Devon and Kurt who are the local representatives for this firm arranged a time to come and give us a quote. This service was very prompt.

After a day we received a quote offering us options on installing double glazing into our existing aluminum joinery. We settled on a combination of varying levels of the 3 options given, being thermal, UV and noise reduction. All this information was easily understood and upon our acceptance an installation date was agreed.

Devon and Kurt carried out the installation over a two-day period, they were prompt and their workmanship was second to none.

Communication was excellent as they kept us fully informed all along the way. At all times they were punctual and organized and were not subject to any distractions (i.e. time spent on the cell phone).

Initially the joinery match was a concern for us but the team did an exceptional job of matching and we cannot differentiate in terms of colour or profile between the old and new.

We are completely happy with the outcome in terms of service, presentation and finish and would have no hesitation in recommending Devon, Kurt or Kiwi DG BOP to anyone who is considering retrofitment of double glazing.
