Scott Cutler

Scott Cutler

Director

Scott moved into the double glazing industry after successfully completing his science degree in 1999.

Kevin Smith, a long time friend and owner of Lightfoot Windows Ltd (UK), required a fresh and modern direction for his company and looked to get Scott on board. Scott worked along side Kevin as Operations and Contract Manager for the next 10 years.

In that time, Scott worked on hundreds of residential and commercial projects, gaining a vast knowledge of double glazing along the way. Working with many homeowners in the past has also brought a great understanding of what people need for an informed decision when investing in their home. A highlight project during this period was the restoration and renovation of a large heritage hotel in the South of England. The windows had to replicate the Tudor style existing in the building while needing to perform thermally for a modern building.

Scott project managed that $400,000 window installation successfully and feels the goals achieved for this exceptional project can be applied to all retro double glazing installations. Upgraded, thermally efficient, modern windows that maintain their original look as much as possible.
